The rules

  • Entertainment only: gambling should be treated as paid entertainment, never as income, investment, debt recovery, or a financial strategy.
  • Limit bankrolls: set a fixed, affordable budget before any session and keep operating funds separate from rent, savings, business capital, or family commitments.
  • No chasing losses: never increase stakes to recover losses. A losing session is a final cost, not a problem to solve with more exposure.
  • Crypto asset management: keep casino balances small, understand volatility, protect private keys, and never use leverage, borrowed funds, or essential holdings for gambling.

Self-exclusion for high-stakes crypto players

  • High-stakes players should use the strictest self-exclusion controls available on every platform they access, including account closure, cooling-off periods, deposit limits, loss limits, and session limits.
  • Because crypto gambling can involve multiple wallets, exchanges, and third-party networks, players should also restrict access at the funding layer where possible: exchange limits, card blocks, wallet separation, device blocking tools, and trusted third-party accountability.
